your eyes are not deceiving you right now i know you see what i see on this screen this is a delicious perfectly cooked well seasoned up out of this world baked salmon and guess what it is so easy to make and i’m going to show you how it’s done just continue watching and we gonna get to it if you’re new to the channel go ahead and hit that subscribe button rock that notification bell so you don’t miss out on the latest video leo boy a like as well as a comment let me know what you think and let’s get started to begin we’re going to be using about two and a half pounds of salmon and i’m just gonna dab these up with a napkin get rid of all the excess moisture on these fillets and once that’s all said and done we’re gonna grab some extra virgin olive oil pour a little on each side of the salmon get it all nice and coated with that olive oil so we can have it ready to add our dry seasoning and at this point you want to go ahead and preheat your oven to 400 degrees so it could be hot nice and ready for our beautiful salmon fillets and on the screen here i have a list of the dry ingredients we are going to be using to season up our salmon to perfection and you know how it goes don’t be stingy with the seasoning let the seasoning go let it fly ain’t no bland salmon over here you gotta go crazy with it guys get it nice and well coated do not be scared we do not want no bland salmon over here i’m trying to tell you once that’s all said and done i’m going to lay in this pin lined with aluminum foil and we are going to bake it at 400 degrees for about 10 to 12 minutes once that time is up you want to turn your oven to broil and do that for about three to four minutes and this is a clip of me having the oven on broil and i actually kept the door open while it was on broil just to keep a eye on it because it can burn very quickly so do not walk away from it while your oven is on broil and another tip once your salmon is done grab yourself some unsalted butter and just brush it on top of the salmon it’s going to give it a nice beautiful glaze bring all that moisture back into the salmon at least on top of the salmon that that broiling process took away because it gave it that nice crispy crust but that that unsalted melted butter is just gonna make your you know the exterior looks so beautiful like mine grab yourself some lemon the garnish as well as some dried parsley to sprinkle on top and you’re good to go guys this is so good i know you see the flakiness guys this is full of flavor and just out of this world so good so easy to make i mean it takes it like 20 minutes literally to put this together this is just super super easy and super super delicious i’m trying to tell you and i want to give a special shout out to our channel members cjwilliam blaneybo dimple1021 nigel the realest i really appreciate your support it means everything to me you guys are amazing and guys there’s so many cool perks that come along with this channel membership if you’re interested go ahead and hit that join button down below and it has all the information you need about the perks and what comes along with joining the family i really appreciate everyone for watching hope you all enjoyed this recipe and i hope you all try it out and come back and let me know what you thought of it i’ll see you on the next video deuces you

  3. Hey, thanks!! Just curious, is there a reason the butter at the end has to be unsalted? Does it burn or something when it's salted, or is it a flavor thing.

    Actually, it can't be a flavor thing because you let the seasoning fly! 😂

  6. Have made this twice now and neither time has it turned out looking as delicious as yours. Followed directions to the t but it doesn’t turn out as dark as yours and no crispy edges 😢
