[Music] hi I’m Christy Flores and today I’ll be making my saffron and P risoto with Paprika butter crab to me is something that’s near and dear to my heart because it reminds me of my time in culinary school in Italy when I was 20 I was able to do a internship in a fine dining restaurant in Italy Italians take their risotto very seriously so did my chef one of the biggest things I’ll always remember is Toby my rotto was nearly perfect but my shallots were cooked 10 seconds too long ever since then I’ve made it my mission to master risoto and make sure that my shallots are never [Music] overcooked everything just goes so perfectly together honestly just such a great day
