Ghetost!! I know I spelled it wrong but it’s a caramelized goat cheese! I used to get it from Whole Foods. It’s pretty good and a strange, slightly acquired taste. Amazing on a saltier cracker 🙂

It’s weird seeing so many people calling this “gjetost”. In norway this is called “brunost” or “brown cheese”. It is beloved by most norwegians and is kind of a meme for being very stereotypically norwegian.
