Normally the peaches are grilled, but I did them in a pan tonight. A buttery brown sugar cake with light cinnamon, filled with a brown butter peach reduction, brown sugar buttercream, streusel topping, and crowned with a gloriously burnt peach slice brushed with hot honey ✨✨✨
