This stuff is excellent on steaks as well. Salt, pepper, little garlic powder, little onion powder, Cavender’s. Grew up on it, and it makes me think of my Dad. The guy loved it.

I used to keep it very simple with just salt and black pepper but now I’ll do a little garlic powder and some cayenne or chili powder for a little kick. Still keeping it simple but stepping it up just a bit. I may start experimenting with different seasonings though. This thread has kind of inspired me.
