I used [this](https://www.dessertnowdinnerlater.com/fluffernutter-cookies/) recipe. It’s a basic peanut butter cookie recipe with frozen mini marshmallows folded in before scooping and baking. It’s a race to cook the dough before the marshmallow melts, and as you can see, I lost the race a few times on the edges. Made by request for my sister-in-laws stopping by this evening.

The combination of peanut butter and dark chocolate chips must be delicious with the added gooeyness of marshmallows. Great choice for a sweet treat!

fluffernutters were a great bday Sammie 50 years ago!! PB and Marshmallow Fluff on white bread…loved it then….grosses me out now. Cookies, however, are perfectly acceptable!
