Slice the chicken and grill both sides
Couscous- add boiling water to a pack
In a large bowl mix 3tbs of olive oil, 4 tbs of lemon juice, some zest and Zatar (or herbs)
Finally chop curly parsley and mint- add to the bowl
Drain a tin of lentils – add some to the bowl
Chop- cherry tomatoes, cucumber, onion, chilli, peppers (whatever you wish)- add to bowl
Add crumbled feta and chicken chopped
Mix- serve!
