I accidently turned on the wrong burner. Now I have this on my grill. Is it possible to somehow fix it?

Acetone maybe? I’d try that on a small section to see what happens.

Adds a bit of character and forces you to never forget, embrace it?

Lesson learned, burnt paint. You could always repaint.
Grab a floor tile from Home Depot for next time to use as a trivet.

Probably a sand and repaint situation to fix this one.

Is that a weber? They have excellent parts replacement. Just order a new lid from their website. Chat with a rep to get the right part. Should be inexpensive

Coat it with your favorite barbecue sauce and let nature work.

short of sandblasting and redoing the factory coats no.. you might be able to replace it tho. 🤷‍♂️

Go to Amazon. Buy a large heat resistant mat, cut to fit and epoxy it down. Burn is covered and you can continue to set hot shit on it.
