I’m originally from Japan. After living in the Midwest for decades, I taught myself to ignore the cravings for the variety of fresh fish, sashimi, sushi.
I just want to share this fantastic place for Chicagoland sashimi lovers 🙂

Raisu in Chicago flies fish in from Japan for their sushi, I believe.
Also try 88 market in Chinatown! Incredible selection
