I always practice birthday cakes because I’m too anxious about them tasting bad on the actual day 😅
Thank god I did because it was my first time making ganache and it split and I nearly gave up 😭 thankfully my brother’s gf knew what to do and managed to save it!
I added the cherries on top after this pic.
