    Warm up tha pan put a bit of olive oil medium heat pour the tomato sauce a good amount salt paper let the sauce cook a bit crack the eggs in the sauce let them cook a bit, cover them with a lid let them cook a bit, boom good amount of parmigiano over the eggs then you had already chopped small green onion boom throw that over the eggs cover the lid let it cook a bit and serve. If you experiment with it you can make it better than the photo
