Ran out of semolina so tried an experiment with kamut flour. Tasty! Whole wheat flavor but minus the nuttiness

    1 1/2 cup kamut flour
    1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
    1 cup water
    Pinch of salt

    Knead well for 10 minutes. Leave to sit 1 hr. Form to shape desired, boil in water for a good 6-7 minutes- it’s a tough flour and requires more cooking than most fresh pastas

    Top w desired sauce, I personally like to mix pesto and tomato
