Have a healthy breakfast ready to go all week! This tastes great and is easy to make, just take whatever veggies you want, 16 eggs, 1/4 cup milk, 1 cup cottage cheese, and the cheese of your choice. Throw it in the oven at 350 degrees and make sure to check every 20 minutes or so. Mine took awhile to cook so I left it in for 90 minutes until it was done.

a delicious and healthy egg casserole with loaded veggies and sausage start by cooking your sausage peppers and onions on the stove chop up your broccoli and add it into your dish I’ll also add in carrots a cup of cottage cheese a/ 4 cup of milk a bunch of cheese I use colby jack and I also use Pepper Jack and then I’ll add in some garlic salt and then I’ll add in 12 eggs I actually didn’t add in enough so I added four more eggs after this mix everything around throw it in the oven at 350° I did it for 90 minutes check it every 20 minutes or so so and there you go that’s how you make
