[Music] [Applause] [Music] how homemade Cleaners work how to simplify your cleaners and reduce the cost each room has its own challenges with these methods you will have a clean and fresh smiling home with less work less cleaners to store and save money I love living in a home that is bright happy healthy and welcoming this is a place for Comfort to refresh the heart to keep my home clean and healthy I use these homemade [Music] cleaners I am going to make a few cleaner that are very simple to make and you probably have all the ingredients at home [Music] and I will start to clean my home with that and I will walk you through how I like to use them and how effective they can work at this moment no oh it’s the cleaner that I’m preparing in the jar with the orange slices that’s some something that I’m going to marinate with some vinegar and if you sensitive to the smell of the vinegar that will be an option for you after 1 to 2 weeks the vinegar smell will be eliminated and you just have to dilute it all the oranges will take away all the vinegar smell for the other cleaner I’m just adding some essential oil and the vinegar and the dish soaping today I am focusing on the cleaning where I know there’s a source for a smell that can ruin the freshness of the home this cleaner is to clean a porcelain using the hydrogen peroxide in this recipe will help to create this foamy texture and you can add some orange zest to it if you have a garbage disposal but if you’re planning to use this in the bathroom sink I would skip that part but this creamy texture has a purpose if you were about to use a powder texture like a baking soda that will scratch the surface and then creates pockets and cavities in the surface and all the bacterian dirt will sit in [Music] there this is just an additional fun recipe it’s just a homemade Foaming Hand Soap and it’s non-toxic and I can adjust the scent whatever I want to achieve with that and it works amazing first put the soap in there then the water and the oil and don’t shake it just gently turn it upside down a few times [Music] just because it’s homemade it doesn’t mean it cannot look cute these few stickers will make it look a little bit more Charming [Music] as I’m focusing on creating a home that has a fresh scent this recipe is very easy to make and it has so many benefits basically it’s just baking soda and I mixed lots of essential oils in there preferably some kind of citrus and I’m just going to fill up a jar I’m just going to use some paper just a regular paper and I’m going to close that with the ring and and I’m going to poke some holes on it so that way it can serve that purpose which is taking away the bad smell and amplifying the Citrus scent wherever I want to achieve a better smell talking about areas where we store the shoes you can use them in drawers in refrigerator [Music] [Music] [Music] starting the morning with some homemaking tasks I’m making some breakfast and everybody is getting ready to leave so I’m going to have the house all to my stff for the day and I’m going to do some deep cleaning where I will walk you through how I use the cleaners and here are some cherries that my friend sent to [Music] me grabbing a few herbs and some flowers from the garden that’s the best way to start the day [Music] creating a cozy atmosphere at the [Music] table everybody is busying packing for the day and then just doing their routine and tasks that they have to do in the morning but even with that we finally gathering around the [Music] table I cleaned out some of the big jars because I have to refill them I’m not breathing only breathe out [Music] okay I have have these Wooden Spoons and that I have each of them in the jar so it’s easier to just grab and use them but I have more spoons of that that I like to use for cooking they are very handy I love the size that they have and they have a long handle [Music] each room has its own challenges how to keep them clean and today this is what I’m going to teack W how to keep those sources fresh and clean so the house can smell good but before I’m starting to do anything I’m going to have a big breakfast [Music] [Applause] [Music] before I want to do any cleaning I like to do a tidy up and of course laundry is always included I like to run a load a day so I can finish the tasks from the beginning to the end and I like to do it in the early morning because whatever comes up during the day at least I know I have a better chance to finish it instead of just washing them at night I know I will forget about it [Music] Gathering the very few tools that I’m going to need for the [Music] cleaning as for the laundry room because I’m going to start here basically for each room the source that can stink up the room is either that is made from fabric because those are harder to clean and they can Harbor bacteria and just have more dust generally because it’s harder to clean but also whatever you have a drain in the room and then I have the washing machine so that’s a big source for something that can smell bad if it’s not taken care of and I’m cleaning the dryer because I have to keep up with that to run it more efficiently the less lint I have in there the more efficient it works and use less power and basically this is another reason I like to get done the laundry by daily because it’s easier to wash out the clothes the dirt doesn’t settle in there it doesn’t stink up the room and as for the washing machine I like to leave the door open so make sure always dry after each use but today I’m going to do a deep cleaning in the washing machine and for me I have a cycle and I’m going to add some baking soda to it and you don’t really have to if you don’t want to but I think it makes it more shiny and just more effectively makes it clean and it helps eliminate the odors as well [Applause] [Music] a quick tidy up in the bathroom before I start to clean for the sink I’m just going to use salad sometimes I just use a dish soap they both very effective and it removes all the [Music] lint the allpurpose cleaner that I just made works very well on mirrors as well and I can use as much as I want because it cost me scent to recreate the same [Music] recipe the hand soap forms up very nicely and the standand makes the hand washing more pleasant as for the drain I’m going to use some baking soda adding some vinegar to it this bubbling that is actually removing the gunk that create the bad SM in the [Music] bathroom once the bubbling stops I’m going to add some hot water to wash it [Music] off the drain is unclogged and clean as a whistle and I’m going to add a few drops of essential oil [Music] another source that can Harbor bacteria and B smell is the laundry basket I’m going to use the allpurpose cleaner just to spray a little on it and then just let it [Music] dry since I already have the cleaner in my hand and I saw the dirt on the window I’m going to quickly just clean it [Music] for this allpurpose cleaner if you don’t have the Rosemary herb and orange Bell at home it’s fine to leave it out it will still work very effectively [Music] once they contact with some water it starts to form up very nicely the foam works like a [Music] sponge the foam will settle after a [Music] while a few dots of the essence essential oil on the toilet paper wall will fill up the bathroom with nice [Music] scent another thing that can Harbor bacteria and causing bad smell in the bathroom is the Shar curtain one of the reason I like this one it’s non-toxic it doesn’t have the v in it it’s white so it reflects more light also it’s very easy to clean I just threw it in the washing machine as for for the towels I love the Turkish tows because they drive faster they take up less space as well and I love the pretty design and the size is huge so my boys love it too [Music] to speed up the cleaning on the big surface I like to use a car wash brush because they are big in size and also I have this very handy scrubber that has a little motor in there it’s really helpful especially because I don’t have to bend over as I scrub the bottom of the tub [Music] [Music] as I mop the floor I like to add some essential oil that I drop on the floor I never put anything into this Steam Mop because it can ruin the little motor in there so it’s safer to just put it on the floor [Music] I really like to make infused water because I really enjoy the mildot flavor and also I noticed that Thyme and oregano is just generally great for my heart I feel like my brain is more clear when I’m drinking this water [Music] moving on to the next room to create a lovely fresh scent uh that would be the dining room but I don’t want to create too much scent in here because I don’t want to eat food while I have a very strong flowery scent in my nose I don’t like candles that have a strong scent when I’m eating food cleaning with the allpurpose cleaner that’s enough scent to me in this room and just basically opening the windows letting the fresh air in when I serve a food I really want to smell the food that I’m serving me off with the words of [Music] [Music] I’m cleaning the entrance and I have different things for each season so when we have a lots of rain I put up a bunch of hooks on the W so we can dry our coat before it goes into the closet so make sure it doesn’t have this moldy smell but as for the summer I have this baking soda with the essential oil that I put next to the [Music] shoes as for diffusing essential oils I don’t do them too often usually if you have a company it’s coming over and I know a lot of people will use the bathroom I run the oil diffuser there but on the regular basis I don’t have that and as for the living room to freshen up I’m not going to use the baking soda because if you use the baking soda on your carpet or on your couch that can ruin your vacuum cleaner so I’m just simply going to use some lavender Buds and I’m going to rub it into the couch and leave it there for a few minutes [Music] after 10 minutes or so I’m going to vacuum it out and the good part of it now every time I’m going to use my vacuum cleaner the lavender scent will fill up the room [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] I am taking a little break from the cleaning I will continue in a little bit but now I want to create a summer food that we love so much so first I’m going to make some coconut milk out of coconut UT Flakes I’m adding some hot water some cold water and then mix that together as for the leftover fibers I’m going to dehydrate them in the oven and then I’m going to grind it and I will have coconut flour so nothing goes waste I’m making a Hungarian fruit soup and it’s very delightful on the summer days and usually I prefer the almond milk because of the flavor but it doesn’t do well with the heat coconut milk does better with the heat that’s why I choose that one and plus it has more creamy texture it makes the flavor and the texture just more [Applause] rich I waske adding all the fruit so it got really full and it is really delicious as it’s warm but it’s even better when it’s quad so it’s preferable that you put it into the refrigerator and then you eat it as quad but we couldn’t resist so we eat it when it was still a little bit warm [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] we have some leftovers in the refrigerator mostly sausages so I’m just quickly going to make some quinoa salad I added some oragula and tomatoes and purple onions and what else oh I added some olive oil which is infused with some basil and some rice [Music] vinegar now that we are in the kitchen let’s work on those smelly stuff and areas so one of them is the rag that I use to clean the the counter top I soak them in hydrogen [Music] peroxide the reason I like to have a small trash can and compost so we are taking them out every single day so it gets out of the house before it starts to smell I’m going to clean the garbage can and the compost ban I’m using some vinegar and baking soda and once they are dry and clean I like to add just one drop of essential oil on the [Music] bottom before I dive into the scrubbing and cleaning I’m going to put some corn starch into my gloves that extends the lifetime of this glove and also it’s not going to get sticky on my hand here’s the foamy scrubber I prepared previously and you can see it’s even more light and foamy I’m going to scrub the sink with that [Music] I let it soak there for a little bit so it’s more effective that way and now I’m going to scrub the [Music] grill this heavy duty cleaner with this strong brush works really well my Rags are done in the hydrogen peroxide so I’m just going to rinse them [Music] [Music] [Music] one of the staple that I love to keep at home is the fractionated coconut oil I like to clean the stainless steel with that taking care of my wooden things in the kitchen I create toothpaste with that I do oil pulling so there are many many reasons why I like to keep this around [Music] [Music] [Music] what was I thinking the coconut flake fibers are dry so I’m going to grind them to make them into a flour [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] for recently I bought these fire blankets I was thinking to buy the fire extinguish but I know if I would be in panic I would not be able to use that so when this option came up I thought it’s a good idea to have it in the kitchen so I’m going to clean out this B under the sink this is a big source for smelly things so now that I cleaned the garbage and the compost I’m just adding some essential oil and basically once in a while I just do the purge clean and organize it just needs a [Music] reset I had many trials in the past how to fix a shaft on this door I used some strong glues and all sorts of things but seems like I find the perfect solution these are great shs without making any damage on the doors and the pockets are very deep so nothing falls out as I’m closing and opening the doors [Music] life is a Winding Road no telling where it go drive it’s time to pack some [Music] orders I really want to know really want to know if I figure out where the road [Music] goes after a long day of cleaning it is very refreshing to go down to the studio and just have a more laidback and fun work to do I love packing the orders it’s like wrapping gifts so thank you so
