the dishes i indulged in in three words: creative, familiar, and craveable (yes, let's count craveable as a real word)

for me, spanish flavors should never be messed with. i love spanish food for its purity, freshness, and quality. A lot of the time, a can of Portomar tuna for el corte ingles, olive oil, and a little salt can already taste so amazing,

so the question is: how did ten con ten turn an already delicious cuisine into something else?

creativity: the dishes i had knew no bounds or limitations – millefeuille of foie gras and goat cheese tasted magical. it was also my first time trying pheasant, and I was pleasantly surprised at how it went so well in a cannelloni pasta.

familar: risotto is one of my favorite dishes, and truffle is one of my favorite flavors. ten con ten married the two so well. Black truffle risotto is not the rarest of dishes nowadays, but hands down, the best one can be found here.

craveable: crepes with hazelnut cream and tarta ten con ten are desserts so good it's a core memory. all the way until the finish line, this restaurant did not fail to impress me
