I think this concludes this month's canning bender.

Miso Vegetable Pickles, from the all new Ball book. I'm going to let these sit for a while before cracking them open. I had an awkward leftover amount, I've tried those and they were good but I suspect aging will change these.

Pickled Peppers- This is a combo of red and green capsicum and jalapeños. This is using a hot pickled pepper recipe and I'm unsure how it'll turn out.

Red Pepper Spread – this is one of my favourites and I tweak it for a few variations. This time I used oregano, a tiny bit of basil and some ground fennel seeds. Looking at the pics it might be new band time.
