I frequent a business that clearances out deli cheeses that are close-dated nearing expiration, so I always pick up any cheeses that seem interesting or of note. As a lurker of this sub, even this one really caught my eye and my god was it delicious. Dont know if anyone has tried it or had any similar recommendations to top it or if it was even a good one (deli cheese is not the major profit margin of the store presumably). Pretty amateur, in the world of cheese, though a very big fan in general. Just thought I'd ask the pro's.
