Leftover fried rice. It’s leftovers night and I needed to clean out the fridge. It’s just what I had in the fridge and instead of eating little bits of leftovers, I put it all in a fried rice.
The rice has canned spicy tuna, pork dumplings, freezer veg, soy sauce, MSG, salt and pepper. The ham is just the butt pieces of a larger slab I had been whittling away at. I fried it slightly on both sides, then cracked the egg on top of the ham and then steamed the thing until the egg achieves the doneness I like.
