I made it for dinner last night but passed out before I could eat. Also fried up some tonkatsu but that was a little too hearty considering I had this for breakfast

This is a style that uses a bunch of grated vegetables instead of scalding hot chunks of carrots, potato, etc. that will do damage to the inside of your (my 😅) mouth; so it's very hearty despite not looking very substantial. This kind is also perfect for tonkatsu and such
