This cut was in my delivery without any label. Anyone have any idea what cut of beef this is?

    That is sirloin flap or bavette steak.

    Takes marinades really well, so I always use it for carne asada/fajitas.

    – Chipotles in adobo

    – orange juice

    – soy sauce

    – fish sauce

    – tomato paste

    – pickled jalapeño juice

    – lime zest

    – honey

    Marinade for no more than 4 hours, pat dry and rub with ancho powder, salt and black pepper.

    Grill to medium rare/medium, and be sure to slice across the grain.
