  8. Amadai with dashi and Iberico ham sauce
  9. Scallops on top of Tapioca pearls cooked in carrot juice, with a carrot butter sauce. (My favorite)

Food 9/10, I felt like there should have been better or more desserts although the ice cream was great. Highly recommend going and I will be going a third time for sure. Chef Justin is a wizard
