- Caviar and cucumbers on top of a frozen gazpacho, on top of a cream sauce
- Amadai with dashi and Iberico ham sauce
- Scallops on top of Tapioca pearls cooked in carrot juice, with a carrot butter sauce. (My favorite)
- Lamb
- “Salad” – it was picked up and eaten
- Braised lamb neck and yogurt balls with caviar
- Ribeye, mushroom butter and onions
- A5 wagyu
- Clarified butter with puffed rice
- Sour dough rolls
- Matcha cake with strawberries
- Chocolate truffle
- Donut ball with fruit sauce
- Vanilla and sweet corn ice cream cone
Service 10/10
Food 9/10, I felt like there should have been better or more desserts although the ice cream was great. Highly recommend going and I will be going a third time for sure. Chef Justin is a wizard
