Hi, im relatively new to canning and struggling to get a seal on the things I can and therefore struggle to trust that the things that seal are actually well sealed… this recipe is balls apple pie filling and followed their instructions all the way. Two out of three didn’t seal, while the third one here did and I can lift it by the lid without the ring. But now I find it scary to leave this in room temp. I don’t like this style of jar, but it is whats available in my country. Do I have a reason to fear this?
