    People razzing you about boiled meat aren’t being super helpful but they do have a point, I bet those were tasty but you might try frying the onions and burgers in a lightly oiled pan, surface oiled not pools of it, and see what you think.

    Personally I’d go longer on the bacon and render some fat out of it – if you like it that way you could perhaps cut it up. Maybe it chomped great!

    The less liquid thing, I really think you’ll be happy with it

    They say no sloppy burgers but they can’t stop you from making a burger and dumping bacon grease all over it

    Even better when you make the bacon first then cook the burgers in the leftover bacon grease

    Do this with eggs too, thank me later
