I ate this in kyoto trip, but don't know the name.

    The mochi one is Mitarashi Dango

    The sweet potato one (from the last picture) is Daigaku Imo

    It’s dango (rice flour dumpling). Specifically this version is “mitarashi dango”, a Kyoto speciality consisting of dango covered in a sweet soy sauce glaze.
