my strawberry banana smoothie has just three ingredients if you don’t include the toppings which if you know me I always top my smoothies you’ll need one banana one cup of strawberries and half a cup of milk you can also use orange juice or any kind of dairy free milk you want here just make sure at least one of the fruits is frozen it makes for the frostiest thickest smoothie without having to add ice which I find Mak smoothies a little too watery I always top this one with almond butter some granola and fresh fruit I also have a bunch of ways of customizing it on my site to include how to make it high protein or how to turn it into a popsicle I cannot wait for you to try it happy blending
