What am I missing. Thinking more green peppers, maybe more onion. Gonna be grilled with cherry wood. Lime/salt/pepper just before blend. Maybe I just need more peppers.

  2. I like to add a little oregano or cilantro to mine also! You got some good looking veg there – our salsas this year, other than what I’ve canned, have been a variety based on what was ready in the garden that weekend 😂❤️

    Should be amazing regardless, but for my personal taste I’m adding another white onion and about 20 arbols. And adding some chopped cilantro and lime after it goes through the blender.
