Honestly, that’s a lot better than anything I can do! One thing you can try is use a tooth pick to lightly “stencil” what you’re writing onto the frosting, to get it the way you want, then just follow the lines when you pipe on the letters.

Your writing, roses and sides look great! I’ve been baking for over 10 years and I’ve only made a few cakes that look this good. The only recommendation I have is flatten the top of your cake in the future.
