Probably one of the best steaks I've cooked for myself today. Flavor, texture, temp just how I like it. Note to self, turn it over halfway through being in the oven 😅

  4. It doesn’t look bad, but it’s bizarrely red around the edges. Did you edit the picture? Did they spray-paint the outside of the cut?
