Here's a recipe I came across for a quick BBQ Sauce, and I would like to make a bulk batch of it for use over winter. Do y'all have any concerns with canning using the listed ingredients?

Does it match a tested recipe that is known to be safe to can? There are tested recipe sources compiled for you and listed under “safe canning websites.” Have you looked through those links?

I don’t think I understand…
Are you wanting to can your own ketchup from fresh tomatoes and tweak the seasonings with these ingredients?
Or do you want to take some kind of store bought ketchup and add some extra seasoning and like … “re-can” it?
