    You realize that would be a sexy omelette, frittata or quiche?

    Or; just for variety and change things up for you:

    1) Broil or grill the tomatoes

    2) balsamic glaze/vinegar on the tomatoes and avocado

    3) Spiceology *Greek Freak* on the eggs, and tomatoes

    4) black olives (good ones) for a flavour contrast

    5) lemon juice on the avocado or smoked paprika

    6) Garlic chips, seasoned Panko, jalapeño chips on the eggs for a textural change – it’s a very *soft* meal and a crunch would help bring life into it

    You can also do a tasty scramble with the eggs, tomatoes, and maybe some leafy veggies. And cheese as you like. Maybe some hot sauce or chili crisp.
