Hi all! I’m new here and new to this diet. What’s the opinion on Mediterranean diet using minimal oils, or no oil at all?

Here’s a picture of my breakfast on day 3 of MD. Avocado on sprouted bread with cherry tomato, feta, and a sprinkle of flax seed. Fruit and walnuts.

    Oil tastes good but isn’t required for health as long as you’re getting other (better) sources of fat.

    Your breakfast looks amazing.
