That’s pretty clever. I will remember this hack. Those look incredible, btw.

    Clever!

I bought a Ball jar funnel for the same purpose. It is a funnel with the opening about 3 in wide meant to fill jars with chunky contents. I use it all over the house to fill jars, get beanbag beans back in the bag, sort screws and beads, etc.

This is such a good idea! My streusel always falls everywhere but I would definitely try this!

Well duh, congrats that’s smart. I will copy you in future muffin making!! Thanks

  7. Be careful, muffin hacking is dangerous and possibly illegal in many countries!

This is the recipe I use! I like to use the wild frozen blueberries but it works well with any frozen blueberries. If you don’t want the crumb topping to be really crunchy, which is my favorite part, you can bake the muffins for about 15-18 minutes and then take them out, put the crumb topping on and then bake for another 10-12 minutes. It comes out more crumbly but I like to put it on when I put them in so it gets all caramelized and crunchy.

Nice job, keeping the mess to a minimum really makes a difference. It took me far to long to figure that one out.
