I’ve made japanese milk bread before, but I want to know what this filling is so i can recreate it! also if anyone has tips for milk bread please let me know 🙏

    Definitely looks egg based at least.

  2. It’s cake and cream sandwiched between milk bread. I saw it at the convenience store a couple months ago.
