    I didn’t even know of tofu when I was 10 and my 10 year old son requests it all the time. A simple marinade of soy sauce, sesame oil, and sriracha. Then baked until crispy! Served with rice, broccoli, and fruit salad.

    Nice! Next time try just tearing into the cube sizes, the craggy edges hold sauce/marinade and get crispy without becoming sharp
