Hey all, I know Japan FES can be a shit show, but wanted to let you all know that the one this Sunday should not be missed and you should consider going. A friend of mine from Osaka is bringing his concept for a pop-up this week!
He runs DEARBROS, a fantastic omuraisu and kareraisu spot in Shinsaibashi. A friend of mine and I suggested that he try to bring the concept here and he actually is trying it out!
I really think it'll do well here and is a type of yoshoku that's not always done well already.
