I don’t care if it’s Noma or Amon. This is really ugly. Glad the fish tasted good. Did you eat it before taking the photo? Because I can’t figure out just where the fish is. And cord wrapped around something? And caviar (?) plated to look like a big eye? ew. I hope that white stuff is salt and not a piece of someone’s carpet. lol.
