hi!! sorry if this is a bit silly but i'm new to the city, and was wondering if anyone had recommendations for noodles like this- for context, this is my favorite meal i had in paris and i think about it all the time 🥲 they were labeled just as "braised beef noodles" and were made with hand pulled noodles. my friend said they looked like lanzhou beef noodles specifically but i'm not sure. i know there's tons of places with a similar dish but i would love recommendations others have tried/can compare to these pictures. thank you!
