Let me know if you want the full recipe.

The recipe is very easy because this cake is made with **simple tea biscuits** (not shortbread, lighter store-bought biscuits made with low butter or oil) and a chocolate frosting made with **Mascarpone cheese, dark chocolate, whipping cream** and a bit of **powdered sugar**.

The biscuits become very soft if you let the cake set in refrigerator overnight. You can store it in refrigerator for many days, it will become even more delicious.

You can have a chilled slice directly from the fridge, so I think it’s perfect in this hot season.

It’s perfect for those who can’t eat eggs: just choose for eggless biscuits.

What a beautiful take on what we in the US would call an Icebox Cake! American bakers – what kind of cookies would you use (or do we have a different name for tea biscuits)?

A great idea for an ice box cake. Looks delicious.

But one criticism from the full video: You licked the spatula then put it back in the bowl of the ganache. By all means sample away, but please use a tasting spoon.
