Surely not everything has to be traditional, right?

Let people eat what they want.

No idea if traditional but I’d love to try these

Oh we always had those. Originally a way of making a quick apple pie like snack the day after gyoza. My mum used to make those at home. Often only one or two, because it was genuinely a recipe to use up leftover.
    Happy memories.

Not good, definitely not No.1 brand in Japan. Definitely not top 1000. Not Japanese food

Fruit dumplings can be very yummy, in my country (Poland) fruit pierogi are very popular, especially with fruits like strawberries, blueberries etc. They’re usually eaten with cream or melted butter and sprinkled with sugar.

Inside my gyōza 🥟 wrapper there are recipes on the back of the label insert. One is for lil apple pie dumpliiins

    Another is for pizza stuffed

    another for shrimp, garlic, scallion
