    Yep, same. Slowly wings are moving from that special treat to every day food. Cooked on the bbq, they are healthy and easy. I prefer to roast my chicken fairly low and slow, and with the large pieces this takes a while and thus some planning. But with wings you can slow roast them to perfection in 45 min. They also thaw quickly if frozen. Can be sauced/seasoned in all kinds of ways, or just plain like you’ve done.

    These look absolutely amazing!

    I like making wings and getting those little weber aluminum containers so I can toss a few in there with sauce on super low in the oven, get the best of both worlds!

    Well done though, looks great!
