Plating is ever so slightly off but hey, what can you do?
Recipe:
1 pound of shrimp sautéed w/garlic butter
1 half pound of large white onion, sautéed
1 half pound of cherry tomatoes, sautéed
For the sides:
1/4 cup of pistachios, shelled
1 cup of lettuce
1/4 cup of feta cheese
3 spoonfuls of hummus
1 tbsp of olive oil (or as close as you can get. I eyeballed it)
1 half of a large cucumber, diced.
