  2. Nice! I’m curious, what recipe did you use?

    In my experience this is the pasta dish that looks the simplest on paper, but is the hardest to get it right. Ate it in Italy once, it was so delicious and exceptionally well balanced. Tried many times to make it myself but i never have been able to replicate it.

    I know really good olive oil is the key, but even with the authentic ‘taggiasca’ olive oil from the region where i ate that dish i cant get it right.
