Ingredients
Baguette
Cheese
2 tomatoes
1 onion
5 garlic cloves
7 basil leaves
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp chilli flaxes
1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
2.5 tbsp olive oil

Method
• Prepare the Tomato Mixture:
Finely chop the tomatoes, onion, garlic, and basil leaves. Place them in a medium bowl and add salt, black pepper powder, chilli flakes, garlic powder and olive oil. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
• Slice the baguette diagonally into pieces.
• Infuse olive oil with minced garlic. Brush this mixture onto both sides of the baguette slices. Sprinkle cheese on top of the slices.
• Place the baguette slices on a baking tray. Bake at 200˚C for 7 minutes, or until they are crispy.
• Ensure the baguette slices are evenly toasted.
• Serve the toasted baguette slices topped with the prepared tomato mixture.
