I mislabeled this tomato when I planted the seeds so I planted a LOT of yellow pear snacking tomatoes. In addition, I’m not fan of the taste. I’m trying out recipes to find the best use for them. This is tomato jam, also a fail. It’s too sweet and has too many seeds.
Any other suggestions for these yellow pear tomatoes?

Can you share your recipe for the tomato jam? I have an old family recipe that’s been lost to time and I’m trying to find something close.
Do you have a pressure canner? If so, this might be a good compliment for sweet tomatoes: https://www.healthycanning.com/spicy-tomato-vegetable-soup.
If the seeds are a problem, id recommend running it through a sieve. That’s should grab the seeds but it’ll also get some tomato pulp.
