    Ooh, is it chanterelles season again already! (We call them *Eierschwömmli* around here, lit.: egg sponges 😉

    Need to keep my eyes open from tomorrow on in order to find some as well, preferrably somewhat larger ones though.

  4. Got to eat chanterelles a couple of times already this year. They are by far my fav mushroom and I love to make them the way you posted too.
