    Recipe:
    1 lb of cooked rigatoni
    Save a bit of salted starchy pasta water
    Mix pasta water with olive oil
    Add fresh tomatoes and basil
    Top with whole burrata
    Sprinkle flakey salt and pepper to taste
    Drizzle with balsamic

  2. I get why “caprese”, we call this several different ways with slight variations, but where does “margarita” come from?

    Wow! Love basil and tomato and pasta. Wouldn’t think to add mozz – I’m not a fan even though I’m Italian ๐Ÿ™ Is this served cold? Love this rendition.
