    Try smoking some butter to put on stuff it’s delicious I make a peach cobbler with it and put it in my vegetables or to butter my buns

    why would you smoke a steak? you could eat that raw and it would be delicious. smoke things with high connective tissue like chuck eye of round or brisket. other than that great job i guess.
