    I believe my macronage was undermixed but I felt I had mixed it for so long and was scared to overmix. Shells also seem really fragile so they may be slightly underbaked. Iโ€™m open to feedback/suggestions!

    What recipe are you using? Also italian margarine method?

    I always have difficulties with the mixing part, since the macaron is slightly ever so hollow inside.

    Would be lovely if you shared recipe!
