Porridge oats (40g) made with soya milk (120mls), frozen raspberries (40g), honey (10g), and sunflower seeds (8g).
I cook the porridge plain in the microwave, then add the raspberries which quickly defrost and mix in, and add the honey drizzle and sunflower seeds on top. It’s a change from my usual sugary cereal but really tasty 😊
I can’t eat eggs or milk for health reasons, and I’m not a fan of cottage cheese, so oatmeal is the healthiest breakfast I can reliably make – are oats recommended for MD?

They definitely are! I alternate smoothies and overnight oats with oat milk, honey, frozen wild blueberries and walnuts.
