Saw some stellar looking petite choice sirloin steaks on discount and had to get them. How’d I do?

    they be callin anything sirloin. those look more like hangar steaks. still expected to be good tho.

    Fucking beautiful sear. Did you use a pan first then throw it on the grill or what? That shit is as close to perfect as you can get imo

    These look amazing. I think they call these tri tip steaks in my area lol I started seeing them pop up and tried a few. They hold flavor super well with all the fat running everywhere. Love em. Nice cook !
